A 42 bed Group Care – Intensive Services Facility for Boys ages 12 to 21

Providing Group Care – The TORCH program provides intensive services for male adolescents who have experienced personal impediments to social functioning, and who face new hurdles of social integration and transition into the adulthood. These youths have a limited foundation for independent living, either through lack of experience or applicable skills.

The TORCH program will assist these clients in progressing educationally and occupationally, all within a structured environment. The primary goal of the program is preparing the client for the hopeful transition into a lesser restrictive environment, leading to full social integration as an adult.
